I moved to Girdwood in 1992 and have been the local, trusted appraiser since 2009. I have my SRA and FHA certifications so you can trust I operate at the highest levels of ethics and education.
When not hiking our beautiful valley with my husband and springer spaniels, you’ll find me enjoying our local music scene or wine tasting around the world.
Girdwood is a cool little ski town located 40-min outside Anchorage that’s nestled within the shadow of seven glaciers. With an average snowfall of over 640 inches at Alyeska Resort, we’re known for world-class skiing, snowboarding and other winter fun.
Our community bustles in the summer with hikers, dogs and visitors seeking all kinds of adventure like downhill biking, rafting and foraging for mushrooms. The local residents are kind, outdoorsy and open-minded.
